LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL MASTER OF CEREMONIES?
Many couples have a negative view of a “Master of Ceremonies” and equate the title to a traditional English Toastmaster with a bright red jacket and regimented, formal manner.
I have combined some of the traditional MC duties with a more relaxed, fun and informal style, using the title “Wedding Host” to describe the service I offer.
As your Wedding Host I have numerous responsibilities, including ensuring that your wedding runs smoothly and to schedule, as far as possible, and introducing everyone in a complimentary and fun manner. I put in a huge amount of preparation to each and every wedding I host, and will also adjust and ad lib as necessary to ensure you have a successful wedding day.
DUTIES I WILL PERFORM FOR YOU AS A WEDDING HOST:
I will co-ordinate with the other suppliers at your wedding: Caterers, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainers, Chocolate Fountain & Photbooth suppliers ensuring that everyone is working to the same schedule.
I will arrive early on the day, and will speak with anyone who is giving a speech so that they know in which order they will be speaking, and helping to ease any nerves. I will give them a warm introduction and ensure a smooth transition between each section of your day.
I will be on hand to assist with any unforeseen issues to ensure your day runs smoothly.
I will ensure that your are relaxed (as far as possible) and help guide you through all the day’s formalities.

I always make sure I am extremely well prepared and have accurate information on the names of every member of your bridal party, as well as being aware of any unusual pronunciations. With me acting as your Wedding Host, you can relax and not worry about the timeline, order of proceedings, or delegation of duties on the day.
I’VE GOT THE KEY!
Keeping your guests informed as to what is happening throughout the day is a key part of a Wedding Host’s duties . Have you ever been at a wedding where, for example, the speeches have finished and everyone is sitting around wondering what is happening next? Nobody is providing any information as to whether you can now chill out for a while or even go and freshen up. You haven’t a clue when the Cake Cutting is, or even the First Dance. I will keep your guests informed throughout the day.
